We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, cancellations and address edits are not possible.

For order processing and fulfillment, please allow 3-5 business days. Processing and fulfillment time frame applies to all orders, including expedited shipping orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available.

Please note, for product launches, restocks, US holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 7 business days or more as specified, for order processing due to our high volume.

Transit times are calculated on checkout. Our shipping is weight and dimension based - many of our products are large in size which means it is quite expensive to ship to our customers all over the world. We're constantly doing our best to bring you the most competitive rates and best experience. Our shipping is not-for-profit center.

PRE-ORDER: All items will ship out on dates specified on the pre-order product page. Additional processing time will be added to this entire order with any preorder item. Please do not select expedited shipping for pre-order items as inventory is not available to ship until the dates listed.
