Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHODS:

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days. Please allow additional time during sale periods.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free over $100) within United States

Please allow extra transit time for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii. 

SHIPPING PROCESS:

Once your piece leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be shared with you by email. All shipping times are estimates, we are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines after your item is dispatched.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS:

If you think your package is lost, email us at hello@svarian.com right away with your order number and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue. Please note that Svarian is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package.

PREORDERS:

Items available for preorder will be clearly marked. We will do our best to deliver your item by the estimated ship date, and will keep you notified of any changes.

If you have both in-stock and preorder items in your order, they will be fulfilled together when the preorder item is available. Please email us hello@svarian.com if you’d like your items to ship separately, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Thank you for preordering - as a small brand, it really helps pay our suppliers and factory up front, and also helps us determine how much material to order, which colors, how many of each style to make, and gives us the ability to make custom orders if you're looking for something special.
