Order & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Can I edit my order?
If your order hasn't been processed, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@svarian.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping (2-7 business days) on all USA orders over $200.

What is your return policy?
USA orders are eligible for refund when shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
All returns must be shipped in unused condition, in original packaging with the dust bag included, and with the original tag attached. Prior authorization is required for all returns. All returns will be subject to a handling fee of $10 per returning item.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, and suggest you return your item and place a new order for your desired bag.
What happens to a complimentary gift if I make a return?
If your order qualified for a complimentary gift, it must be returned along with the eligible item. Otherwise, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.
Product & Materials
What materials do you use?
Our bags are handcrafted in Italy using VEGEA®, an innovative plant-based material made from grape skins, seeds, and stems left over from Italian winemaking. Interiors are finished with premium organic cotton or vegan suede linings, depending on the style.
How do I care for my bag?
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or abrasive surfaces. Store your bag in its dust bag when not in use.
Will the material soften over time?
Yes. Like many premium materials, VEGEA® develops a softer hand and natural character with use while maintaining its structure.
Do your bags use genuine leather?
No. SVARIAN uses thoughtfully selected plant-based vegan materials without compromising on craftsmanship or longevity.
What is your warranty policy?
We have a one year warranty against defects for all products. If you find a defect in your item, we will repair or exchange the item free of cost within one year of the purchase date. This does not apply to normal wear and tear such as scuffs, chips, or peels in the materials, stains, and changes in the appearance of the product which do not impair the functionality of the product.

Where are SVARIAN bags made?
Every SVARIAN bag is handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans in small production runs.
Do you have any physical stores?
Not at the moment. SVARIAN is available exclusively online through our website and select retail partners.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Every order is presented in our signature packaging, making it suitable for gifting.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship in the United States.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Will sold-out styles be restocked?
Some styles may return, while others are produced in limited quantities. Join the waitlist on the product page to be notified of restocks.
Do you offer repairs
Where possible, we offer repair services to help extend the life of your SVARIAN piece. Please contact us with photos of your bag for an assessment.
Why are your bags made in small batches?
We produce in limited quantities to prioritize craftsmanship, reduce excess production, and ensure every piece receives the attention it deserves.
